Womens in Sports Fitness Camp
Women in Sports is a fitness camp designed for females aged 18 and up. It aims to build and sustain healthy athletic performance. This camp will help participants prepare for, maintain, and reset their bodies for competition. Throughout the camp, athletes will focus on developing proper technique, joint stability, muscular strength and power, mobility and flexibility, and cardiovascular health through conditioning exercises.
