Unyprocess is a faith-based non-profit organization dedicated to building communities through fitness and recreation programs. Our mission is to educate individuals who have little to no knowledge about fitness and to help them incorporate a healthy lifestyle. Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, providing support for beginners to start their journey and encouraging consistency for those who are already on their fitness path. With fitness being universal, we strive to build a learning and training facility that empowers all walks of life. The type of programs : Online Chair Fitness The chair class program is a dynamic fitness community designed specifically for individuals who are determined to lead an active lifestyle, even amidst mobility challenges. This program is ideal for those who may struggle with standing, experience limited mobility in their limbs, or seek low to moderate-intensity workouts that deliver powerful results. We invite you to join us for engaging sessions on the first and third Saturday of each month, where you will not only enhance your endurance and build strength but also elevate your energy levels within a supportive and inclusive environment. Our chair class blends aerobic and strength exercises, effectively promoting cardiovascular health, muscular endurance, and mobility through engaging calisthenics. Designed for all fitness levels, this program guarantees that every participant can actively contribute and excel in each workout. In just 30 minutes, you will partake in a motivating moderate-intensity session that energizes you, alleviates joint stiffness, and strengthens your body. Bring your chairs and water bottles, and get ready for a transformative 30-minute experience that promises real results and an invigorating sense of community. Hybrid Personal Training For those seeking a dedicated accountability partner to enhance focus and consistency in their fitness journey, our personal training program offers a remarkable opportunity. This program is expertly designed for individuals who desire comprehensive guidance in their fitness endeavors, encompassing effective exercise performance, adherence to personalized dietary plans, and the development of positive behavioral habits throughout the journey. Our training sessions are thoughtfully structured to offer exceptional flexibility, allowing clients to choose between in-person or virtual training options. This means you can work out when and where it suits you best, creating a truly personalized experience. Each session is one hour long, with a maximum of three sessions per week, providing ample time for growth and adaptation. Exercise Specialist/Fitness Coach

Being born and raised in Rochester, NY, I grew up as the neighborhood kid, I embraced an active lifestyle full of sports and outdoor activities. I struggled with obesity from the age of 7 to 16, but everything transformed when I embarked on a fast and continued to pusing my passion for sports and recreation; teaching the power of perseverance and the importance of making positive changes. After high school, I kept the sports spirit alive, decided to switch from collegiate sports to recreational activities and stayed active while exploring new ways to prevent obesity, overuse injuries and manage prediabetes. As an exercise specialist, I believe fitness science being vital with reducing the risk of future internal health issues and preventing overuse injuries. I'm here to inspire my clients on their journey. While it may be challenging, the key is to stay consistent and never give up.
